If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: info@kossmai.ca.

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you received the product.  

Conditions for Returns:
The goods purchased in the last 14 days.
The goods are in the original packaging.
The goods have all original tags.
The goods are in the same condition as those received.
Picture proof duplicating incident.
The proof of purchase.
Any goods that are used, improperly handled or damaged will not be approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

For all discounted goods, we reserve the right to refund the product rather than provide a replacement.

Please allow three business days for our up-to-date POS system to cross-reference the orders.   Once your return is verified and accepted, you will receive an email with the shipping label with instructions.

All shipping returns are to your account.
All returned goods must be shipped within ten days of the received approval.


Items sent to us without the request form are not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective Items: If the whole order is returned, you will receive a full refund. If only a part of the order is returned, you will receive a refund for the items being returned only.

Non-defective closed items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount refunded will be the item amount only. There will also be a mandatory restocking fee between 20% for Non-dective items, depending on the item.

Non-defective opened items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you are not happy with the item you received, you can return it for a refund minus a restocking fee。

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
A few items can’t be returned, including:

  • Bed sheet sets
  • Items marked " Non-Returnable" on the sale page
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Open box items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that we only refund the amount of the item, don't refund the shipping cost.
