Communication with Kossmai was easy and quick - very helpful, answering my questions and providing tracking info. They also answered a follow up question for me quickly. Chairs were shipped out fast and arrived well packaged, so that even though the outside of the box had been banged up nothing inside was damaged. Assembly was easy - my teenager built all 6 chairs in a short amount of time with the included tools. Only a couple of the screws were a bit difficult to set fully into place. We added felt cushions to the bottoms since they are sitting directly on hardwood floors. The chair padding is firm yet comfortable, hopefully they will last for years to come. The slight recline is nice, when I want more lower back support sitting at the table doing paperwork I throw a little cushion in behind. Nice transitional-modern design. Highly recommend this store and these chairs :)
